Job Description:
Surya, a leading provider of premium home furnishings and decor,
is seeking a dynamic Jr. Ecommerce Account Manager to join our
Sales & Business Development team. This role focuses on nurturing
and growing our online retail partnerships, ensuring a seamless
integration of our extensive product range, including area rugs,
lighting, and wall decor, into various ecommerce platforms. The
ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our online sales
growth and enhancing brand presence in the digital marketplace.
Manage day-to-day relationships with existing ecommerce accounts,
ensuring all client needs are met and driving account satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online
marketing strategies tailored to each ecommerce platform to
maximize product visibility and sales. Monitor and analyze account
performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
on progress and strategic recommendations to improve sales and
profitability. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to
ensure timely inventory updates and accurate product listings
across all platforms. Identify and pursue new ecommerce partnership
opportunities, expanding our market reach and brand recognition.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure
Surya maintains a competitive edge in the ecommerce space. Strong
understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel for
sales forecasting and performance tracking. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills to forge and maintain strong relationships
with partners. Analytical skills to interpret complex data,
translate metrics into actionable growth strategies. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to
detail in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
Digital Marketing or related field is advantageous but not
essential. Training in ecommerce platforms, such as Magento,
Shopify, or BigCommerce, is highly desirable.
