Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing
Technician 1, you will be part of the production department
supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Fort
Payne, AL Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM -
5:30 PM What's the Job? Complete manufacturing equipment related
installations and ramp-ups. Gather, record, and analyze production
information. Perform repair and retest for product and/or
manufacturing facilities. Oversee the use of machine control
systems in manufacturing equipment. Resolve manufacturing-related
problems affecting daily operations. What's Needed? 2 years of
manufacturing experience Consistent work history in a manufacturing
environment High School Diploma or GED Ability to operate
specialized machines and tools effectively. Strong analytical
skills to estimate requirements arising from process changes.
