Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work on a 12-bed medical-surgical unit with 5-6:1 patient ratios • Brand new unit to the hospital • 1 Patient Care Technician available for support • Required to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule • Floating policy applies to facility medical-surgical units • Use Meditech documentation system • Work with general medical-surgical equipment • Must maintain 75% patient experience requirements • Navy scrubs required as dress code • Must be team-oriented and compassionate • Medical-surgical experience required Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive medical center providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to the community.
