What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity newborns in a Level III NICU
• Support and manage care for patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Provide daily coverage support for a newborn nursery unit
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary hospital team
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Participate in a structured shift schedule that includes 16- and 24-hour shifts
• Deliver patient-centered care in a modern, newly renovated hospital environment
