Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a skilled
Echocardiographer to join our innovative healthcare team. This role
is pivotal in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services,
essential for the effective management and treatment of
cardiovascular patients in Williamson, WV. The Echocardiographer
will operate ultrasound equipment to produce images of patients'
heart and heart vessels, contributing to the overall assessment and
healthcare planning of the patients served by our community-focused
health center. Perform echocardiographic examinations including 2D,
3D, Doppler, and transesophageal studies. Analyze images and
provide preliminary diagnostic evaluation. Document procedural logs
and maintain equipment. Communicate findings to the attending
physician to aid in patient diagnosis and management. Ensure
patient comfort and safety during procedures. Adhere to
departmental policies and procedures. Proficiency in operating
echocardiographic equipment. Strong analytical and diagnostic
skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to handle physical requirements of the job, including patient
positioning. Capacity to adhere to safety and quality protocols.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered with
the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
ideally holding RDCS credential. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification.
