Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a qualified Radiology Supervisor to lead our radiology department. This role is vital in managing our radiographic services, integrating advanced care techniques using state-of-the-art equipment. The Radiology Supervisor will ensure regulatory compliance, manage departmental activities, and drive innovation in diagnostic services. Oversee daily operations in the radiology department. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate operational and fiscal policies, procedures, and outcomes in radiological services. Optimize patient care management through effective use of radiology services. Manage radiology staff, facilitate training, and ensure high professional standards. Lead quality assurance and control initiatives, maintain equipment, and manage inventory. Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficient in various radiological imaging techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Technical proficiency with radiology software and hardware Knowledge of health and safety regulations in radiology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Registered Technologist in Radiography RT(R) credential by the ARRT Relevant state licensure as required
