Job Description Now Hiring: Part-Time/PRN Licensed Physical Therapist – Home Health Territory: Altoona (Blair County), PA. Medi Home Health Agency – A Division of Medical Services of America, Inc. Medi Home Health Agency is looking for a Part-Time/PRN Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team.
