Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to join
our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling
proposals that highlight our innovative services and solutions to
our global clientele. The Proposal Manager will coordinate with
multiple departments to gather information, compose persuasive
narratives, and ensure all proposals meet the procedural standards
and strategic goals of Global Payments Inc. Lead the development
and delivery of high-quality proposals. Coordinate with sales,
marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and
align proposal content with client requirements and company goals.
Monitor the proposal process to ensure adherence to deadlines and
compliance standards. Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to tailor
proposal responses to potential clients' needs. Manage the proposal
submission process, including document management and follow-up
activities. Conduct regular reviews and updates of proposal
templates and documentation. Provide feedback and strategic
recommendations to enhance the proposal's effectiveness. Strong
written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage projects
and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and analytical
skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal
management software. Knowledge of the financial services industry
and its regulatory environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k APMP (Association of Proposal Management
Professionals) certification preferred.
