driven Business Development Executive to help grow our footprint
across the Atlanta market. No prior roofing experience is required
— we’re looking for strong sales professionals who know how to
build relationships and win business. Why Join Us? Base Salary:
$60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Uncapped Commission &

You’ll Do Drive new business growth across the Atlanta region Build
long-term relationships with property managers, building owners,
and commercial real estate decision-makers Generate and maintain a
strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and
referrals Offer complimentary roof inspections to identify
maintenance, repair, and replacement opportunities Present tailored
solutions that meet client needs and create long-term value
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and
networking functions Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate
with marketing and operations teams What We’re Looking For 2 years
of B2B sales experience (construction, property services, or
related industries preferred) Proven ability to prospect, set
meetings, and close deals Experience selling to property managers,
building owners, or commercial property clients is a plus Strong
communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working within a CRM and following a disciplined sales
process Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Ready to
