Job Description:

We are looking for top talent as we continue to expand in size and production. We have a large number of leads coming in every month, and we need agents to help service those potential clients. We are looking for more agents who are eager and excited to tackle the ever-changing market!

NEW AGENTS: Our training and support are like nowhere else! We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn the systems as well as in-depth training from the very beginning. We then focus on sharpening skills with a variety of ongoing training, workshops, and events to ensure our agents never become stagnant. We thrive on education and ensure our agents are always sharp and improving. We know no one likes feeling stuck, and we are always here to push your career forward whether you're just starting out or you've been in the field already!

CURRENT AGENTS: Are you comfortable in your career but looking to take yourself to the next level? We're here for that too, and we want to help you succeed! While you may already know how to prospect, we aim to push you out of your comfort zone to increase your number of clients. We'll discuss outside-of-the-box strategies specific to you, share step-by-step plans on areas in which many agents struggle with consistency, and provide paid leads to service.

LEADS: Regardless of your experience, we create an environment where agents can quickly advance. We create equal chances for our agents to capture leads, and we promise our agents access to a vast volume of leads from a variety of sources and appointments, facilitated by our Inside Sales Department.

An active Real Estate License is required -(Or currently enrolled in Real Estate School)

Responsibilities:
--- Always provide clients with your best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
--- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
--- Determined to consistently lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
--- Hold buyer consultations to find out the needs and wants in a home, locate homes that fit your buyers' needs, and show properties that are a good fit
--- Hold listing consultations to find out the needs and wants of customers, prepare listing documents, and effectively represent the customer throughout the process of selling their home
--- Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all active clients
--- Develop new possibilities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

Qualifications:
--- An active Real Estate License is required -(Or currently enrolled in Real Estate School)
--- Drive to participate and have a team player mentality
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Self-motivated, driven, and determined
--- Excellent communication and networking skills
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor even in stressful situations
--- Past sales experience is preferred, but not required
