Type: Temp to hire Length: 1+ year Compensation: Competitive and based on experience Location: Fully remote must live in TN, MS, AL, SC, NC, FL, or GA This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyzing information on Continuing Education (CE) requirements for all relevant lines of business and jurisdictions.
• Evaluating and recommending action on agent-related complaints and reports of noncompliance, providing appropriate responses including training or other disciplinary actions.
• Developing and administering required training of agents to meet regulatory guidelines and maintain credentials and qualifications.
• Answering inquiries and resolving issues for agents concerning training, licensing and other regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years - Medicare Advantage reconciliation experience required
  • 3 years - Experience in the health care industry
  • AHIP Annual Certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
