Job Description:

Top Flight places the Customer Service Representative at the center of its daily relationship with the customer. The role of the CSR is to facilitate and reconcile the execution of the ongoing business activities with the customer: order management, deduction management, updating of customer data in the ERP system. Also, we expect the CSR to use their intimate knowledge of customer practices to assist the sales staff in the overall management of the business with the customer.

Daily Activities:
Process Orders
Receipt of order Via Fax, Phone, email, or EDI
Reconcile customer's and company's expectations in pricing, item identifications, shipment dates, shipment schedules, and other elements that are order specific
Work with other company departments to reconcile accounts receivable and service exceptions as they occur
Perform first point of contact duties for daily order management activities
Maintain customer's settings in company computer systems like credit levels, customer shipping destinations, freight planning, customer notifications, customer requirements, customer contacts, commissions on customer sales, EDI links, specific settings for item identification by customer requirement
Work with company personnel as customer expert and advocate
Perform departmental duties as needed including but not limited to assembly of selling materials and general administrative support

Skills/Training Needed:
Setting up and maintaining
Customer file, Broker file and customer receiving locations
Credit applications
Customer pricing files, quotes, commissions, and specific customer expectations
Intimate knowledge of product, product specifications, most common customer product identification and pricing practices
Ongoing support of Top Flight's business base and customer relationship

General Skills Needed:
Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics AX order management syste
Proficient in MS Office programs especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Enjoys problem solving, multi-tasking, working on computer and with people
Able to lift up to 35 pounds
Detail oriented

Additional Skills Preferred:
Experience working in a direct to consumer environment
Familiarity with online databases
Comfortable using social media
