Job Description:
Pay: $10-$12/hour plus bonus opportunity, insurance, employee
discounts, friends and family discounts.
Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want,
create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Sales
representatives sell retail products, goods and merchandise to
customers. Sales representatives via a range of administrative,
clerical, financial and other tasks will provide an exceptional
customer service experience.
Jobs Skills and Requirements:
Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will
need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and
potential customers, listening to their needs and helping
communicate options for them.
Communications Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a
product's different features and answer any questions they might
have.
Schedule Flexibility: You might have to work long hours on
occasion. Candidates that can work nights and/or weekends are
preferred.
Persistence: Being able to work with alternatives during the sales
process to make the customer happy. Great Attitude!
Qualifications: High school diploma, sales representatives must
know their products inside and out with experience using and/or
applying beauty products. Retail work experience, reliability,
adaptability excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills,
problem solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions: Will working retail store environment and an
office environment. Light cleaning required. Travel to additional
stores and subsidiaries may be necessary, as well as for training
and quality needs. On a regular basis, requires the ability to
walk: reach with hands and arms, stand for a minimum of 6-8 hours:
lift and /or move 50lbs: ability to stoop keel; and crouch, climb
ladder and balance. Reports to Store Manager.
