part of something bigger. Position Purpose: The SCAP Analytics
Manager is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and
deploying comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions across
various subject matter areas within Supply Chain Asset Protection.
They partner closely with Supply Chain and Store Operations teams
to deliver actionable data insights, supporting the execution of
analytical initiatives that drive tangible results. This position
requires strong analytical and technical abilities, as well as the
capacity to communicate complex analytical processes effectively to
leadership and collaborate with operations. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis of current Loss Prevention Merchandising,
Operational and related processes to identify shrink and profit
loss liability Identify solutions, make recommendations and
implement controls to mitigate shrink and profit loss Ensure the
integration of Loss Prevention (shrink and profit loss liability)
are included as a vital component of all cross functional
businesses within the organization Effective communication (verbal
and written), both cross-funstionally and within Loss Prevention
regarding process enhancements or changes Selects, develops, and
motivates assigned staff Direct Manager/Direct Reports: Typically
reports to Sr Manager of Asset Protection Accountable for the
management of a department or functional group through subordinate
supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues including
selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional
development of subordinates. Travel Requirements: Typically
requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical
Requirements: Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the
same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally
there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less
than 8 pounds). Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor
area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not

Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be
legally permitted to work in the United States. Ability to work a
flexible schedule 1 year of Home Depot experience 1 year of
management or supervisory experience External: 18 years or older
Pass the Drug Test Pass the Background Check Ability to work a
flexible schedule 2 years of Loss Prevention store management or
supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications: -Working knowledge
of Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with Tableau - Familiarity
with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) - Proven
ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to
interpret financial documentation accurately - Demonstrated project
management skills - Skill in conveying complex or technical
concepts in accessible terms to diverse audiences - Experience in
negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and grievance
management with both internal and external clients - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Google
Big Query - Proficiency in writing SQL and/or Python Minimum
Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired
through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent

drive programs related to the business through proper communication
