This Team Pick Your Own Freight owner-operator truck driver business opportunity features 65% of the Line Haul Revenue and 100% of the Fuel Surcharge, 95% no-touch freight, and flexible scheduling options. Eligible CDL Drivers Current owner-operators Experienced truck drivers interested in leasing or purchasing a truck Compensation & Cost Savings for Trucks Owner-operator team drivers are eligible for: Up to $235,000 per year $8,000 lease-on incentive per driver 65% of the Line Haul Revenue 100% of the Fuel surcharge 95% no touch freight Lease Orientation Access to free in-cab communications device and usage Free trailer usage Access to Schneider facilities with free and safe parking, free showers, free laundry facilities and cafeteria services.
