This person must be currently or have previously worked for a Developer or General Contractor.Project Types:

• Residential & Multifamily
• Ground-up New ConstructionRequired Experience:
  • 2+ years of Estimating/Purchasing Experience
  • Relatable Construction Software Experience
  • Comfortable meeting with clients & assisting new project meetings
  • Must have worked for a GC or DeveloperResponsibilities:
    • Estimating projects
    • Bidding, Close-outs, Cost Analysis
    • Generating detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics
