At The Forward Group, Full Time positions work 4 days per week and spend 2 nights per week in a truck, a HUGE difference from OTR or Regional positions! We have BRAND NEW fully equipped KW T680s and Freightliners with everything you need and we do more than just talk about safety. Our company succeeds or fails through our Drivers! We are a small company and our team has names and faces, not numbers. What you do: Run 2 blocks over four days. Each block consists of a 13.5 HR shift, 10 HR break, then 13.5 HR shift back home. 100% no touch freight- no scanners, no tarps, no straps. We Drop and Hook! No doubles, no triples, no HAZMAT. Our Team places safety first with brand new 2022/23 trucks with TVs, APUs, microwaves, fridges, and converters already installed. We ensure compliance at every level and support our drivers in staying safe. We don't jeopardize your CDL record for the sake of a load! What we do:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A Commercial Driver License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record, DOT Med Card, and a good DAC/PSP reports
  • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • The ability to effectively use handheld technology and smart phone apps
  • The ability to work 12-14 HR shifts while driving a Class A tractor with 53' dry van trailer, driving up to 11 Hours/day We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
