Job Description:
SUMMARY
Ensure the overall implementation of quality of programs and
services are provided in accordance with all federal, state and
corporate standards and regulations. Shall assist in delivering
behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and
close supervision of a RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements
Coordinator, who are responsible for all work RBTs perform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION
High school graduate who has completed a 40 hour training course
and exam for RBT. Having maintained their certification by ongoing
supervision by a BCBA-D, BCBA, or BCaBA. Experience in lieu of
certification may be considered. Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3
years' experience working with Intellectual and Developmental
Delayed Individuals. A valid Tennessee driver's license with
ability to get F endorsement.
COMPETENCIES
Structure of supervision. Supervision must include at least two
face-to-face, real-time contacts per month (i.e., supervision may
not occur over the phone or via email). Your supervisor must
observe you providing services in at least one of the monthly
meetings. In-person, on-site observation is preferred. However,
these may be conducted via web cameras, video-conferencing, or
similar means instead of your supervisor being physically
present.
