Provides support, consultation and testing for enterprise paperless system configuration and web applications\.**Job Description:**_BlueCross, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID\-19 vaccine mandate_ **\.****Job Responsibilities**+ Serving as liaison between Providers, vendors, and enterprise business stakeholders related to eBusiness; identifying opportunities for eBusiness growth and expansion\.+ Monitoring the implementation of eBusiness strategies, business plans and Internet\-related technology plans\.+ Performing root cause analysis to improve customer valued solutions and ensuring corporate continuity\.+ Interacting with senior level managers and integrating their business needs into company wide eBusiness systems\. Assisting with system testing and approvals prior to implementation of various system configurations, enhancements and new technology products\.**Job Qualifications**_Education_+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\.
