Job Description:

Business Systems Analyst – Specialist (BlueCross BlueShield of TN, Chattanooga, TN): Requires Bachelor's (US/foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related or equivalent years experience; 3 years experience in systems analysis utilizing tools for managing development work & requirements with RTC; 3 years experience with SDLC processes including Waterfall, Agile & Iterative Methods; 3 years experience with Cognos, Tableau or other relational database reporting tools; 1 year experience leading requirements development efforts; 1 year systems analysis, design & project management experience including experience as workstream lead or SME during project implementation; proficient knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards to actively conduct and/or engage in hardware & software related discussions relative to all assigned projects; demonstrated ability to interpret & translate technology &/or complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members &/or business personnel; experience facilitating requires sessions with onshore & offshore resources to ensure delivery; demonstrated presentation & team facilitation skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Scrum master or Product owner Agile certification; experience with developing and executing SQL queries for data analysis; able to manage multiple projects & priorities. In lieu of Bachelor's, will accept 1 year technology experience for each year of requested college education plus the experience requirements above.
