And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you're less likely to be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments. CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Benefits: * $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers through February 28, 2021! ($2,500 at 90 and 180 days)
* Competitive pay:
* Average $1,100 - $1,200 per week / $57,200 - $62,400 per year
* Starting pay .43 cpm
* Top out at .44 cpm within 1 year
* Average2,000 - 2,400 miles per week
* Stop and loading/unloading pay
* Average 6 - 16 stops per week @ $15.75 per stop
* Unload pay of $63 per load; usually 1 load per week * Breakdown, layover and detention pay available
* Company sponsored per diem program * Home every week; most drivers are home Friday afternoons
* Making tailgate deliveries of Kabinart kitchen cabinetry to customers located throughout the Midwest, Southeast and East Coast regions
* Most freight cartons weigh 40 to 60 pounds, and there are possible backhaul pickups
