Job Description:
A company is looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to
contribute to research and development in molecular therapeutics
and biomarker discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate biomedical foundation models and
large language models for therapeutics and prognostics
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and apply them to solve
complex problems in molecular therapeutics
Collaborate with domain experts to guide R&D efforts in
AI-driven medical diagnostics and therapeutics
Required Qualifications
PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related
quantitative field; or Master's with 3+ years of experience
Proven experience with biomedical and molecular foundation models
and machine learning applications to genomics
Highly proficient in PyTorch, Huggingface APIs, and SQL
databases
Experience with Git, Jupyter notebooks, and advanced
visualizations
Experience with AWS and GPU-accelerated environments
