Continue self-education and training in areas pertaining to all regulatory laws and regulations. Stay apprised of changes in the regulatory environmentMonitor daily demand deposit transaction report. Review report to audit bank holds in conjunction with Regulation CC - the Expedited Funds Availability ActPerform secondary review of applications, denials, and originations to determine compliance with regulatory issues. Prepare monthly reports for the Compliance Department to be used for the Risk Management Committee and quarterly reports for Audit Committee summarizing findings from secondary reviewAssist in preparing for and obtaining necessary information for audits and examinations.Complies with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry related laws and regulations.Perform other tasks as assigned.Ideal candidates for the role will include:Bachelor's degree preferred.
