Are you a hard-working and trustworthy home cleaner looking for a new opportunity at a fast-growing company? You might be a great fit to join our team. We need an efficient and detail-oriented house cleaner to clean a variety of surfaces and areas in our Properties

The responsibilities include changing bed sheets (you don't have to wash any laundry as we have it all commercially washed off-site) cleaning the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right. We use apps that help manage the calendar. You are able to pick up jobs as they come available. If you're not available on certain days other cleaners can pick up the jobs.

Responsibilities:

Brush, vacuum, and sweep rugs, carpets, floors, and upholstery
Sanitize restrooms, kitchen, sinks, vanities, toilets, tubs, windows, and mirrors
Visit residences to perform a variety of house cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
--- Available 10:00 am - 3:00 (days vary as it depends on when guests check-in/out)
--- All clean Laundry and towels will be given to you at start of shift
--- Thoroughly clean apartments/homes which includes but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down exposed surfaces, replacing bedding and bathroom linens, dusting, taking out trash, putting up dishes, scrubbing shower/bathtub, replenishing liquids such as soap etc.
--- Effectively communicate any potential issues or repairs that may be needed

Qualifications:

We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
Valid driver's license required
Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required
Strong time management and interpersonal skills are required
Good understanding of home cleaning techniques and products
