Blood Assurance has an opening for a bi-lingual Spanish speaking Telerecruiter with full time hours. This position will work in our downtown Chattanooga, TN location.Flexible scheduling is available. The primary duties of this role involve calling donors to schedule their blood donation appointment.About Telerecruiting at Blood Assurance:Our Telerecruiters are the voice of Blood Assurance, contacting our donors and welcoming them back to donate again. Telerecruiters use their skills in verbal communication and database software navigation to educate donors, to provide them with convenient opportunities to give, and to ensure that their positive donation experience starts well before they walk into one of our donor centers.Our best Telerecruiters are passionate about blood donation and they become excited when donors choose to continue helping save lives.
