Overview and Essential Functions

A successful Account Specialist shall support an entire project through processing billing and/or customer invoicing.


Summary of Position:

A successful Account Specialist shall support an entire project through processing billing and/or customer invoicing. This position is expected to process employee and subcontractor invoices daily for input into our accounting/payroll systems; provide administrative support by performing general billing duties, such as; compile data using Microsoft Excel, and prepare information for internal/customer purposes. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of Google Workspace and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; Proficient organizational and detail oriented skills; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Essential Functions:

  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Completion of high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
    
  • Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project.
    
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.
    
  • Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project.
    
  • Additional Duties as assigned.
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • 2 years of related work experience.
      
    • Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
      
    • Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.
      
    • Authorized to work in the United States.
      
    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
      
      
      Workplace Environment and Physical Demands:
      
      To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions. Work is performed indoors and in a typical office environment.
