GEO-TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATES, INC. (GTA) IS SEEKING A GEOTECHNICAL DRILLER FOR OUR NASHVILLE, TN OFFICE! THIS POSITION PAYS A COMPETITIVE SALARY ALONG WITH A $3,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!DRILLER RESPONSIBILITIESPerform geotechnical and direct push "Geoprobe" explorations and well installationsPerform day-to-day operation and maintenance of drill rig equipmentDocument geotechnical boring with daily logsMaintain a clean and hazard-free work areaOperate within state and local regulationsJOB REQUIREMENTSSuccessful candidates MUST have:5 Years experience as a Geotechnical DrillerExperience using hollow stem auger and mud rotary methodsTennessee Driver's License and satisfactory driving recordClass A or Class B CDL licenseOSHA training and ability to maintain rigs preferred but not requiredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and walk on uneven terrain and in undeveloped wooded areasWe ensure nondiscrimination and equal employment opportunity in all programs and activities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and all revisions and addendums thereof.#GTAeng
