Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading Material Handling Equipment Dealership. We are in search of an energetic Product Support Representative to join their team in Chattanooga, TN.

Position Summary:
The primary focus of a (PSR) Product Support Representative is to penetrate new accounts. They will be responsible for meeting or exceeding pre-determined goals for selling Parts, Service Repair Work & Contracts, Rental Trucks, and Allied sales.
Assigned customers are visited on a regular basis to promote the Product Support departments capabilities and performance.
Call reports are completed on a timely basis so the information can be entered into CRM and management can be kept informed of customer needs and focus.
Performs equipment inspections when the opportunity presents itself or when requested by the customers on a scheduled basis.
Prepares detailed quotes and/or estimates following inspection detailing proposed machine repairs and reviews with the customer for their approval.
Distributes Product support informational literature and promotional fliers to customer during scheduled calls and explains features and benefits.
Consistently promotes the Companys Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental departments including All-Makes, Value Parts, and rebuild before failure benefits in finding solutions for customer needs.
Reaches sales goals for products listed on your annual compensation programs.
