Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Patient Access Team Lead, you will excel in all functions of the registration areas. You will assist leadership with staffing, quality assurance and report reconciliation.What you will do in this role:
  • Assist management with creating staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Relieve staff members during employee sick/vacation time
  • Assume on-call responsibilities to insure adequate staffing and problem-solving
  • Assist in resolving patient concerns
  • Oversee daily activities of the registration areas to insure department standards are met
  • Maintain the effectiveness of patient flow
  • Assist management to insure all department policies and procedures are followedWhat you should have for this role:
