Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC (TEL) is seeking a Lease Purchase Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing company located in the beautiful Lookout Valley area of Chattanooga, TN. Our customers include small companies, fortune 500 companies as well as Entrepreneurs who become Owner-Operators.

The Lease Purchase Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the successful development and management of lease relationships with qualified applicants involved in lease purchase programs and ensuring best-in-class service to our customers. This position effectively navigates a customer pipeline at a high velocity while meeting or exceeding customer expectations from consultation to closing. Lease Purchase Inside Sales Representatives are trusted to work high-opportunity deals, uncover and communicate continuous improvement initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, and generate excitement around TEL's Lease Purchase program.

Position Responsibilities:
Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
Achieve departmental KPIs involving Closed Contracts per Week, Active Pipeline Amount, Conversion Rates, Active Operator Count per Carrier, selling lease maturity options, Truck Assignment Velocity, collecting deposits, Phone Reporting, and achieving lease revenue goals
Quickly analyze applicant qualifications in accordance with current TEL leasing standards.
Effectively and positively present TEL's Lease Purchase program to potential lessees.
Adhere to all SOPs and company policies.
Uphold immaculate levels of detail and organization in various SaaS programs and company tools.
Communicate promptly, accurately, and enthusiastically on phone and internet communication.
Act as a customer service liaison between qualified applicants and carrier clients.
Complete special projects and other assignments as delegated by management.
Develop strong working relationships with other operational team members.
Maintain exceptional working knowledge of all products and services offered by TEL.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
3+ recent years of sales or operations experience in logistics or transportation
Experience in driver-facing roles preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Certifications that illustrate an interest in personal development and continuous improvement preferred (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, CSCP, Salesforce)
Understanding of financial concepts and contracts
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Expert communicator, both orally and in writing
Ability to work with a team to problem solve and provide an outstanding customer experience
Positive, competitive, high energy professional willing to work hard to accomplish goals
Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and ability to develop strategy to counter
Willingness to work collaboratively with diverse populations
Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Wages:
$55,000+ Base Salary plus Incentive
