Appointment Setting Rep to call new customers and book appointments
with our sales reps to ensure successful onboarding. This is an

What are the Key Points?
- Compensation: Earn $30,000 - $45,000 (combination of base +
- Location: 100% Remote (virtual team of 200+ with no corporate

Hello, my name is Chad Wilbourn, Head of Sales, and I need your
help. I've invested the last ten years into building world-class
sales organizations for several Health and Wellness brands. I
joined Metabolic three years ago to create an amazing sales and
support team that allows our reps to do what they do best and close
sales. In 2022, we've grown to over 100 sales reps, and your role
is vital to their continued success.
As an Appointment Setter, you'll work daily with our new customers,
making calls and booking their onboarding appointments, as well as
leaving detailed and cheerful messages that customers will gladly
respond to. We'll provide you with excellent training and support
and you'll provide a phenomenal first impression and customer
experience, setting up our sales reps for success, and making
yourself a valuable member of our team.

What Will You Be Working On?
- Customer Outreach - You'll start each day with a dedicated
queue of new customers assigned to you in Salesforce, making 150+
calls per day and leaving personalized messages
- Appointment Booking - You'll schedule appointments for
customers you reach using Outlook, Calendly and Salesforce,
seamlessly coordinating our customers' and sales reps'
- Live Transfers - For customers you reach who don't want to
wait, you'll work with them in real-time, transferring them to
available reps in the shortest amount of time possible What's Our
