MISSION :
On all or part of a site activity, calculates and issues the needs
for semi-finished products, components and raw materials vital for
the realization of master production plan and industrialized
products.
Ensures the monitoring of the accurate performance of these plans
and reacts to deviations to accurate them or have them
corrected.
Controls and optimizes inventories of raw materials, semi-finished
products, components, and other products for which they are in
charge of supply, avoiding breaks and adapting to the internal and
external hazards of the business activity.
Is responsible for the availability of the molds and tooling to
maintain such availability in quantity and quality with respect to
the future master production plans.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
* The weekly needs are issued according to the schedule and in
detailed consistency with updated production plans and up-to-date
nomenclatures.
* Minimize the impacts of supply disruptions and other hazards.
* Connect with suppliers to renegotiate and improve contracts!
Handle end-to-end processes to identify that progress being
made.
* Control inventory levels to allow a leaner function of operation
throughout the manufacturing process.
* Assist Materials Manager.
* Follow up with supplier on past due orders & any shortages needed
for production.
* Issue purchase orders and delivery schedules to suppliers.
* Work with suppliers daily to ensure accurate and on time
deliveries.
* Perform administrative duties related to purchasing/planning.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years professional experience in manufacturing planning,
inventory control or materials planning role.
* Proficient in SAP
* Proven leader
* High interpersonal skills
* Able to work to under pressure in fast paced world
* High since of vitality
* Phenomenal organization skills
