This is where you come in... We are looking for a Salesforce
Administrator with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform,
who can understand both our current setup and our business
objectives, and drive changes and improvements to support product
features. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with
change management and governance, as well as communicating,
prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.

owning:Identify and gather the Salesforce side of requirements to
support product features and improvements.Design and administer
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval
processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions,
custom settings, dashboards, and reports.Develop Apex (classes and
triggers) to support business requirements.Own the communication of
any platform changes to end users and stakeholdersPrioritize,
troubleshoot and resolve issues.We are excited if you:Have a
Bachelor's degree.Have strong Salesforce product knowledge and 2+
years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience.Are a
Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advanced Administrator would be
a plus!) Have a proactive attitude and enjoy learning new skills
and independent problem-solving.Have excellent
relationship-building and communication skills, able to collaborate
with stakeholders at all levels.Have experience in change
management and governance.Have experience implementing Salesforce
configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow,
Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes,
fields, record types, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards,
and reports Have experience in Apex codingAre active in the
