Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an empathetic, results-driven Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience by developing, implementing, and managing our processes to ensure our product meets our quality standards. You'll also oversee our QA and Customer Experience teams. You are passionate about helping others, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and a natural leader.

What you'll do

  • Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure our product consistently meets our quality standards
    • Establish and maintain quality standards
    • Develop and implement processes to hold our team accountable to quality goals including conducting regular quality audits and maintaining quality report records
    • Review customer feedback
    • Identify and analyze issues
    • Proactively recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues in an accurate, concise, timely manner
      • Solutions may include but aren't limited to retraining, streamlining processes, collaborating with other departments (like CS, Software Development, R&D, and/or Equipment)
      • Develop, manage and lead our QA and Customer Experience teams
        • Onboard, train, and coach team members to ensure we're correctly diagnosing issues, addressing customer issues in a timely manner, and relaying relevant feedback to Team Leads, Technicians, and Customer Service Agents
        • Ensure your team members have the required tools to do their best work
          • Correctly diagnose roadblocks and correct
          • Root solve recurring issues
          • Step in when a QA or Customer Experience team member is unavailable
          • Set the tone for the team; professionalism, metrics, reliability
          • Assist QA, Department Managers, and Shift Managers in other tasks related to customer experience

            Who you are
            • Professional experience as a quality assurance specialist or customer experience coordinator
            • A natural leader with the proven ability to lead a team to achieve a shared goal
            • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, knack for building rapport with people quickly and easily
            • Strategic thinker who approaches roadblocks with a positive, innovative attitude
            • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without letting a single detail slip through the cracks
            • Thorough knowledge of QA methods and standards
            • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
            • Physically able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
            • Able to lift 75 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
            • Able to stand for 5+ hour shift duration
