This includes providing recruiting training and support to Human Resources professionals in the branches and regions.The Corporate Recruiter performs the following duties:+ Possesses skills in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.+ Confers with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.+ Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.+ Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.+ Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.+ Mentors and partners with HR Managers and Recruiters to enhance their recruiting efforts at a local level for hourly security positions.+ Administers the online career center and utilizes various internet and electronic tools to attract talent.+ Serves as administrator for the Applicant Tracking System and related selection software and oversees the integration of software programs in the selection process.+ Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to help identify and source qualified leaders.+ Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.+ Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.+ Performs further background reference investigation, prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision.+ Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the company compensation policy.+ Writes complete and detailed job descriptions and search assignments ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.+ Places employment ads utilizing various media; includes researching and negotiating advertising contracts.+ Assists HR Director with projects related to performance talent management, succession planning, and retention.+ Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.The Ideal CandidateIf you are an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate and ready to take on the challenge of Recruiting in a complex, diverse, people-first culture, then you have what it takes to be a successful Corporate Recruiter for the Corporate Office. Job requirements include:+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.+ Membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
