  • Properly prepares the patient for surgicalprocedure, knowing all specific requirements set aside by the manufacture
  • Supports physician-led time out protocols.
  • Responsible for correct patient positioning.
  • Provides updates to appropriate individualsidentified by the patient.
  • Monitors throughout procedure for prospersterile technique.
  • Oversees quality assurance activities, includingcounts, and communicating any concerns to the physician.     • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
    • Licensure: Current TN RN or CompactState License in state of residence
