This Administrative Assistant role is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity and is located in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area.Major responsibilities- Handle telephone calls- Greet and instruct visitors- Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees- Complete word processing, filing, and faxingJob Requirements:- Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems- Practical knowledge of Email Correspondence- Adeptness in Coordinating Appointments- Previous experience working with Scanning Documents- Background working with FedEX- Appropriate Documentation experience preferred- Expense reports experience highly preferred- Good understanding of Scanning Documents- Deep understanding of Assist Customers- General familiarity with data entry- Clerical Duties experience- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred- Demonstrated knowledge of Coordinating Schedules- Answering Inbound Calls experience- Earlier work involving filing- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred- Skills in internet research- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writingIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company and looking to thrive in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you!
