Job Description:

Provides strong customer service. Reviews and submits claims to third party payors. Assists with monthly invoicing to guarantors for continued care. Registration and charge entry for physician services provided in accordance with policy and procedures. Collection and follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable. Keep collection list current. Reviews and resolves accounts with credit balances. Requests refunds and/or adjustments. Documents all collections efforts and contacts in patient accounting system.
