Job Description Job Description Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with Boutique Firm A well?established boutique business law firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join its growing team. This is a full?time, on?site role in the firm’s Buckhead office, supporting a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice. About the Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney Opportunity This attorney will handle a diverse range of complex corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions , joint ventures , and strategic business transactions . The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client interaction, increased responsibility, and the ability to manage matters with a high degree of independence. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate primary and secondary transaction documents for corporate deals Oversee and coordinate due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions Advise clients on general corporate issues, including formations, governance, commercial agreements, and financing matters Support transactions from initial structuring and planning through closing and post?closing implementation Work directly with firm leadership and clients to manage multiple matters efficiently and autonomously Partner with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactional work Qualifications for the Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney position Required J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar admission in good standing (Georgia bar strongly preferred) Minimum of 4 years of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm environment Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Experience managing transactions with increasing levels of responsibility Preferred Extensive hands?on experience with M& A and joint venture transactions Prior background working on deals with limited supervision MBA or experience in finance, accounting, or related business functions Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients on complex corporate matters Please submit interested resumes for immediate consideration for the Corporate & Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney role.
