We serve restaurants, corporate kitchens, stadiums, and more,helping to keep professional kitchens clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Due to high demand, were hiring reliable team members to join our night shift steam cleaning crew. Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to perform steam cleaning of commercial kitchens during overnight hours. This role involves deep cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you have experience in kitchen maintenance, industrial cleaning, or hood/exhaust systems, you'll be given priority consideration. Key Responsibilities: Use steam cleaning equipment to sanitize hoods, floors, walls, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen surfaces Work as part of a 23 person crew at various customer locations Load, unload, and safely maneuver heavy cleaning equipment (150300 lbs) using ramps Follow cleaning procedures, safety standards, and supervisor instructions Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Filta well on-site Work overnight shifts with attention to quality and detail Qualifications: Must be super reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Previous commercial kitchen or heavy-duty cleaning experience is preferred Must be physically capable of handling heavy equipment and extended periods of manual labor Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Comfortable working in hot, greasy environments Able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Strong teamwork and communication skills What We Offer: Competitive pay: $19$20/hour, depending on experience Full-time night shift schedule (9:00 PM 6:00 AM) Paid training no experience necessary for motivated candidates Uniforms and equipment provided Paid holidays and vacation time A stable, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth Medical benefits available after 90 days (Aetna) Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Company vehicle and equipment provided Opportunities for growth and advancement If you take pride in doing tough work well, enjoy working nights, and want to be part of a fast-growing company, wed love to hear from you.
