Job Description:
HR CoordinatorResponsibilities Include:Tracks employee
information such as personal data, attendance and termination dates
and reason.Verifies payroll entries and changes with computer
printout.Available to cross train in other HR functions.Complies
data from personnel records and prepares reportsPrepare new hire
paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are metWill communicate
throughout complex for staffing needs, daily and weekly tracking of
staffing.Updates employee files to document personnel actions in
SAPEnter attendance records in KronosAny other job tasks as
assigned.Requirements and Skills:Proven work experience as a HR
professionalAbility to prioritize and complete projects within
deadlineExcellent written and verbal communication skills Self-
StarterFamiliarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems
and candidate management systemsBe able to work under pressure/
fast paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent
