You'll spend your days working in a fast-paced environment.About the JobPay rate: $16.00 / hourShifts: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm (Possible overtime)
Position DescriptionThe primary purpose of this position is sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates on assignment at a client site.
Primary Responsibilities
? Perform recruiting activities, including but not limited to, social media recruiting, job board recruiting, networking, job fair attendance and direct sourcing
? Conduct thorough interviews, background investigations and testing to maintain a pool of skilled Associates at all times.
? Determine which candidates to submit
? Schedule interviews with candidates
? Make offers of employment.
? Develop centers of influence for candidate referrals
? Special projects as assigned by Manager

Required Skills
? Preferred two years recruiting or sales experience, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry
? Professional appearance and demeanor
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Microsoft Excel experience
? High School diploma or equivalent

General Comments

The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Possible overtime
The pay starts at $16.00/hour and the potential for a permanent position possible with the right candidate.
