• Ensure all procedures and processes are followed and report any deviations or violations (safety, quality, productivity)
• Record and report lost production time
• Transact the removal of parts from inventory for scrap, engineering, or other causes
• Gather SPC, production, or other measurement data as required and report it to appropriate parties
• Interface with production associates to ensure completeness and accuracy of information they provide (quality indicators, production statistics, and process adherence).
• Prepare and present communication as necessary.
• Serve as absentee coverage and ergonomic relief for assembly positions
• Other duties as assigned by Shift Manager.----
• Participate in Continuous Improvement tools COMPETENCIES:

  • Tier 1 Assembly Exp--rience preferred
  • Adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Able to work under pressure
