We would love to Meet you!The Perks:--- Exciting and dynamic work environment--- Opportunities for growth and a promising career path--- Competitive salary --- Bonus plan--- Flexible work schedule--- Health Benefits--- Paid vacation --- 5 Holidays off each year--- Paid time off for periodic 'staff appreciation day' --- Hands-on Training Program--- Free MealsResponsibilities:--- Train & Support Corporate Catering program sales goals & operations--- Review past and develop future sales goals--- Coordinate with operating partner, their operations and LSM team to de---ne/communicate sales growth plan--- Support the LSM team, as needed with guidance in growth ideas and operations questions related to catering sales--- Assist with hiring, training, and provide on-going support for catering specialists across company markets--- Make visits to each company market at least 1x per quarter and host regular training/collaboration for catering specialists--- Offer training and support on large scale and VIP catering events across market--- Assist management in assessing the catering specialist rankings based on "A, B,C WHO method" and assist with interviews--- Create, utilize and evolve training materials (best practice standards vs VIP service levels of catering)--- Manage catering call center--- Advise and lend expertise ongoing rollout of Catering Online Ordering program throughout the company store market--- Support Taziki's franchise catering program by being an expert and aid stores as neededo Train and support Franchise Consultants to be successful with catering aspects of TSAo Collaborate with leadership team to support struggling stores--- Execute changes to catering menu with regards to design, and rollout execution for all menu rollouts--- Participate in Periodic meetings--- Participate in team planning retreat- 2x a year--- Participate in weekly team huddle - via Google Hangoutso Attend one conference per year that is relevant to your departmento Schedule an immersion experience 1x a quarter in a store (marketing blitz, shadow GM, learn/work a position)--- Produce monthly performance observation report and comprehensive quarterly report for managers to ensure department continues to improve, innovate and stay freshMeasurable Outcomes ---- Catering Sales: goals for each store in company market--- Catering Sales: actual results per period, quarter, year--- Top catering customers by corporate market--- # visits to each market per quarter/year--- Top 5 / Bottom 5 catering items by corporate marketsWork conditions/Hours/Travel:Position requires a ---exible schedule working approximately 50 hours a week to include some nights and weekends. Workweek may vary depending on the event calendar.Competencies:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ---- Excellent leadership, customer service, and verbal communication skills with customers and team members--- Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees--- Ability to initiate actions, work independently and lead the team as necessary on group projects strictly adhering to timelines, deadlines, and budgets--- Pro---cient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs and good database skills--- Navigate Advanced Order system for catering pro---ciently--- Effectively navigate geographical area and proper use of GPS--- Suf---cient math skills for budgeting and planning for events--- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and work with speed and ef---ciency in high-pressure situations--- Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple projects and tasks--- Meticulous attention to detail--- Sound decision making and problem solving skills--- Adhere to all company policies and procedures (employee handbook)--- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brandQuali---cations ---- Must be at least 21 years of age--- At least 3 years' experience in catering and restaurant operation management--- Must have and maintain a clean driving record as outlined in Taziki's Standard Driver's Policy--- Extensive catering and dine-in menu knowledge--- Obtain ServSafe certi---cation--- Event planning and management experiencePhysical Requirements:Position requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Perform duties that require the ability to occasionally carry or lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds to chest level without injury. Duties require the ability to bend and stoop to effectively move, load and unload product onto catering van, not to exceed 50 pounds unassisted. Requires ability to push and pull carts containing products weighing up to 100 lbs.
