At Transcard we believe payments should be personalized for recipients and stress-free for businesses.Through our proprietary platform, Paynuver; clients can easily create secure cards and/or online payment accounts that disburses funds to any payee in a streamlined, compliant manner, ultimately saving time and cost.Position Details and Benefits:This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. You will report directly to the Director of Customer Care. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of applicant.Transcard offers benefits starting the first of the month following the month of hire. This is a remote position. Our corporate office in located in Chattanooga, TN.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional completion of call center representative functions.Receives customer telephone questions and complaints in a professional mannerAnswers inbound calls in a timely mannerResponds to customer inquiriesProvides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customerManages and updates customer profile with the status of each customerCoordinate with departments to achieve customer satisfactionBuild customer loyalty by meeting customer expectationsEvaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutionsFile disputes for customers in accordance with Regulation EReplies to all corresponding emailAssumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with other departments and managementKeeps supervisor informed of significant problemsCorresponds with Fraud Department of potential fraudulent activityMaintains effective working relations with the operations departmentBilingual a plusThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
