Job Description:

Position:

• Technology-enabled clinical environment designed to support efficiency and quality
• Full-time General Dentist and Orthodontist typically share the same location
• Supported by a Registered Dental Hygienist, 1 2 Dental Assistants, and access to on-site specialists (oral surgery, perio, endo, etc.)
• Typical Schedule: Monday Thursday
• Primarily adults
• Average daily volume: 8 10 patients per day
• Procedures are bread-and-butter dentistry, with flexibility to focus on procedures aligned with each dentist s comfort level and expertise
• Payor mix is approximately % PPO, % fee-for-service; no HMO or Medicaid
• AI-driven clinical documentation, digital radiography and CBCT imaging systems, intraoral scanners (iTero or 3Shape), electric handpieces, ergonomic chairs, and paperless EHR platforms

• Tiered production-based compensation plan: % of production
• 3 6 month daily guarantee: $700 $900
