be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
with expertise in the Operating Room to join a dynamic healthcare
team in Douglasville, GA. This contract position integrates
evidence-based clinical nursing practices within an
interdisciplinary environment focused on delivering
patient-centered, high-quality care. The role emphasizes
collaboration, professional development, and the application of
nursing standards guided by regulatory and ethical frameworks.
Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive nursing
assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of
perioperative care using current evidence-based practices.
Delivering relationship-based care that respects cultural diversity
and supports patients individual needs. Actively participating in
interdisciplinary rounds, timely documentation, and promoting an
inclusive clinical environment. Supporting team coordination to
ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes and efficient use of
resources. Engaging in professional growth activities including
competency assessments, mentoring, and contributing to research and
performance improvement initiatives. Upholding all organizational
and regulatory policies to maintain patient safety and care quality
standards. Qualifications / Desired Experience: Associate Degree or
Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred. Current RN
license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification required; Pediatric Advanced Life
Support (PALS) strongly preferred. At least 5 years of recent
Operating Room experience. Strong proficiency in a minimum of two
specialties among Neurology, Orthopedics, and Vascular surgery.
Ability to manage fast-paced environments with exceptional critical
thinking and time management skills. Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and customer service skills. Availability to start
within 4 weeks. Prior travel nursing experience is an asset but not
mandatory. Schedule: Day shift | 11:00 AM 11:30 PM Call
responsibilities averaging 28-32 hours per four-week period, not
