Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a Lead RN II for our Acute Care Center (ACC) and Clinical Decision Unit (CDU). This role is pivotal in providing top-notch patient care while ensuring seamless operations within the department. The successful candidate will be a driving force behind our commitment to integrate care and coverage, enhancing patient outcomes. In this position, you will manage nursing staff, coordinate patient care processes, and contribute to medical procedures with professionalism and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations. Overseeing the nursing staff and daily operations in the ACC and CDU. Developing and implementing nursing care plans. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and policies. Training and mentoring new staff. Assisting in patient diagnosis and care. Strong leadership skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification. Preferably certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
