Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in the provision of in-home nursing
and therapy across the U.S., is currently seeking a compassionate
and diligent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This
position involves providing top-quality clinical care to patients
in their homes, ensuring their comfort and helping them achieve
their greatest potential healthwise. Working under the supervision
of registered nurses and doctors, the LPN will deliver focused
nursing care to the patients and support families with the goal of
making significant positive impacts on their lives. Provide basic
patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such
as taking vital signs, administering medication, and completing
prescribed treatments Assist with the development and revision of
patient care plans Observe patients for changes in condition and
communicate updates to registered nurses and doctors Educate
patients and family members on proper home healthcare strategies
and procedures Maintain patient confidentiality and records
accuracy as per HIPAA and company policies Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work independently and within a
team Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed clinical
documentation Knowledge of basic comfort and safety measures to
provide patient care Capability to adapt to various living
environments and scenarios Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Must hold a valid LPN license in
the state of employment CPR certification required
