Job Description:
Georgia Hospice Care (GHC) is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Regional Travel RN to join our mission of providing
personalized, high-quality end-of-life care to patients across
multiple counties in Georgia. This position requires traveling to
various GHC facilities to deliver direct patient care in a manner
that upholds our commitment to comfort, dignity, and peace in the
last phases of life. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in
palliative nursing practices, patient and family support, and
adaptable to different clinical environments. Travel to multiple
GHC hospice facilities within designated regions. Provide direct
nursing care to patients in end-of-life stages. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to create and deliver individualized care
plans. Support patients' families with empathy and information
regarding end-of-life care processes. Monitor patient conditions
and update care plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare laws, regulations, and GHC standards. Palliative care
